Founded in 2004, Center for Community Development is a 501c3 non-profit organization based in Chicago. Our mission is to rebuild our communities one person at a time by equipping individuals to strengthen their families utilizing the resources of the community residents.
We will accomplish our mission through workshops, partnerships, and networking. These components create a solid foundation for a healthy community.
