Mentoring is the sharing of your knowledge and experience with another person.
Where do you mentor the youth in your program?

Age of youth?
6-17 yrs old
When do you meet with the youth?
We meet on Saturdays, by appointment only.
What scripture would you base the program on?
When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things.
1 Corinthians 13:11
Why is the program needed?
The level of black incarceration should be cause for national concern, particularly black men. Our program was created to provide an alternative to the cycle of incarceration.
What is your experience and significant success in this area?
27 yrs. Of work with youth

What are your proposed outcomes for this program?
Prepare boys for manhood
Develop sound decision-making skills
Character & Leadership development
Expose boys to the world outside their neighborhood
